When you hear the words dinner and party, it would only make sense for this package to be in honor of our Forever Hero, Gabriel Polston! Gabriel was always ready for a party, especially if it involved dancing. Gabriels's motto was #LiveLikeCrazyToday which was perfect for this party animal. Gabriel used to say he wanted to be a chef when he grew up, so our Chef, Dave Lorentz, and family will be hosting a four-course dinner party for 6 in their home, located in Fulton.
Prepare your palate to be delightfully amused with Chef Dave’s flavorful selections as he begins the evening with an Hors d'oeuvre tray that includes an antipasto of specialty cured meats & cheeses paired with seasonal fruits, jams, and vegetables. Next, guests will indulge in a Caprese Salad, followed by Classic Surf N Turf: a Filet Mignon with Lobster Medallion served on a Blueberry Malbec Reduction.
