Hope Gala: Roaring for a Reason

Super Sam Foundation is Roaring for a Reason at our 11th annual Hope Gala event, presented by KT Diamond Jewelers, on Friday, September 26, 2025. This event will be in-person at the Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center in Jefferson City, but bids on our silent auction items will be placed online through this auction.

Our online auction opens for bidding on Friday, September 19 at 9:00am and will close on Friday, September 26 at 9:00pm. There is a wide variety of items, so there's something for everyone! The process is easy, just register and begin placing your bids! Sign up for notifications so you know when you've been outbid or get the winning bid.

Our live auction items can be viewed for a sneak peek, but bidding will only be available in person the night of the Hope Gala during our live auction. If you are unable to attend but would like to bid via proxy on a live auction item, then please contact us directly at info@supersamfoundation.com to arrange.

We will host an item pickup on Sunday, September 28, at the Super Sam Foundation office located at 401 Court St.  from 12 pm - 2 pm for the winning recipients that are not present at the Hope Gala event. If you are not able to pick it up, we will apply a $10 shipping fee.

Get ready for the ultimate auction experience! We've opted to provide those of our supporters unable to attend with the opportunity to bid on our fabulous silent auction items. Supporters and attendees wishing to participate and purchase KT Diamond necklace raffle tickets or Baumgartner Furniture's Ultimate Fireside Retreat raffle tickets and also bid on our silent auction items, must first register as a bidder for the auction. Then, upon conclusion of the event, can enjoy a quick, hassle-free checkout, using the debit or credit card that was input when you registered as a bidder. For those attending the Hope Gala, you have the option of paying for your purchases with cash, check or card. After payment has been made then show your emailed notification to our attendants and proceed to pick up your items.

The raffle tickets for our featured necklace from KT Diamond Jewelers will be available online beginning on Friday, September 19 but end on Thursday, Sept. 25. On the night of the Hope Gala, they will only be available in person. You MUST BE PRESENT to win, or you need to have a representative there to accept the necklace for you.

The raffle tickets for our Baumgartner Furniture's Ultimate Fireside Retreat will be available online beginning on Friday, September 19 but end on Thursday, September 25. On the night of the Hope Gala, the tickets will only be available in person. You DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT to win this fabulous prize!
